Return Policy
| At Queen West Physio we believe in our products and
want you to be completely satisfied with your
purchase. If for any
reason your purchase does not meet your expectations within the
first 30 days, simply re-package it in its original condition and
packaging for a full exchange or refund. We NEVER charge a restocking
fee! We will refund your original credit card bill completely (however, you'll need to pay the return shipping charges). Please write the reason for your return on the back of the invoice you received with your shipment, and include your email address. Enclose this slip in the carton and send everything to us at this address: Queen
